SPEAK: Double Your Impact During Our Matching Fundraiser!

Dear Friends of SPEAK:

On behalf of the SPEAK team, we want to start by thanking so many of you for your continued support--in so many ways--to make SPEAK’s work possible. Too often, the voices that matter most go unrepresented in critical conversations. SPEAK provides debate and public speaking instruction, particularly for individuals whose perspectives are traditionally underrepresented. We believe that everyone’s voice is unique, powerful, and deserves to be heard. We are building partnerships and expanding our programming in significant ways, including collaborations with the UVM Lawrence Debate Union and the UVM Liberal Arts in Prison Program.

Speaking of our fundraising campaign . . . We have some big news!

Two anonymous donors have committed to donate up to $1,000 in matching donations on gifts made to SPEAK's "Promote Powerful Voices" fundraising campaign by October 1st! That means that for the month of September, your $5 donation just became $10, and your $50 donation just became $100. Please donate now, and double your impact to help promote powerful voices!

Our goal is to raise $1,000 by October 1st, and with your gift, we know we can make it happen. We would greatly appreciate it if you would consider supporting our fundraiser or sharing our call for funds with other folks who might be interested in contributing.
